Common rail conversion type railway sleeve rail car transfer disc system
The invention relates to a common rail conversion type railway sleeve rail transferring disc system which comprises a transferring disc and further comprises four rails extending from the interior of the transferring disc to the exterior of the transferring disc, the four rails are sequentially arranged at intervals in the same direction, the two rails on the outer side are wide rails, and the two rails on the inner side are narrow rails. The two tracks on the outer side are communicated with the two tracks on the inner side, an annular track for a railway locomotive to rotate by 180 degrees is arranged in the rotating disc, and a common track switching turnout is arranged outside the rotating disc. The common rail conversion type railway sleeve rail transfer disc system is adopted to replace a traditional sleeve rail railway triangular line, so that head turning operation of two railway locomotives with different rail gauges in the same transfer disc is achieved. One railway triangular line generally occupies about 1.6 million m < 2 >, laying of sleeve rails is about 900 m, and four sets of sleeve rail switches are laid, however, the common rail transfer type rail transfer disc occupies only 1670 m < 2 >, laying of sleeve rails is only 100 m, one set of movable switches is arranged, the occupied land is only 10.4% of the railway triangular line, and the investment is only 30% of the railway triangular line.
本发明涉及一种共用轨道转换式铁路套轨转车盘系统,包括转车盘,还包括由所述转车盘内延伸至所述转车盘外的四条轨道,四条轨道沿同一方向依次间隔布设,外侧的两条轨道均为宽轨,内侧的两条轨道均为窄轨,外侧的两条轨道和内侧的两条轨道连通,所述转车盘内具有供铁路机车旋转180度的环形轨道,且所述转车盘外具有共用轨转换道岔。本采用共用轨道转换式铁路套轨转车盘系统,代替传统的套轨铁路三角线实现两种不同轨距铁路机车在同一转车盘内转头作业。一个铁路三角线一般占地约1.6万㎡,铺套轨约900m,铺套轨道岔4组,而本专利共用轨道转换式轨道转车盘占地仅1670㎡,铺套轨仅100m,活动道岔一组,占用土地仅为铁路三角线的10.4%,投资仅为铁路三角线的30%。
