The invention discloses a traffic engineering road surface leveling device which comprises a base, idler wheels arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the base, guide rails arranged on the twosides of the road surface and matched with the idler wheels, a rotating mechanism arranged on one sides of the idler wheels, a storage box, a supporting frame and a control box arranged at the upper end of the base, and a conveying pump arranged on one side of the bottom end of the storage box. A material guide pipe is arranged on one side of the conveying pump, a discharging barrel is arranged atone end of the material guide pipe, a reciprocating mechanism is arranged on the supporting frame, and a scraper is arranged at the lower end of the base. The idler wheels are arranged on the guide rail, the discharging barrel enables the lead screw to drive the sliding plate to do reciprocating motion under the forward and reverse rotation effect of the motor controlled by the control box, the discharging barrel installed on the sliding plate evenly paves poured concrete on a roadbed, and the scraper at the lower end of the base conducts scraping treatment on the poured concrete along with movement of the base driven by the idler wheels. Manual operation is not needed in the whole process, and the pavement scraping efficiency is improved.
