The cement concrete plate mechanical jacking equipment structurally comprises a bearing platform, a machine body, a hydraulic telescopic rod and a supporting frame, the hydraulic telescopic rod penetrates through the middle position of the machine body, the supporting frame is fixedly embedded in the bottom position of themachine body, and the bearing platform is connected with the top of the hydraulic telescopic rod; the hydraulic telescopic rods push the bearing platform to jack up the bottom of a concrete plate upwards, a gravel layer at the bottom of the concrete plate can extrude a stress plate, and therefore an outward-extending plate can directly support the bottom of concrete, and by removing thrust generated by gravel discharged outwards from the interior of the plate to a blocking roller, the blocking roller can be rotated, so that a shrinkage plate can be extruded by gravels discharged outwards by aclearing plate to shrink, and the gravels can be discharged through a gap between the shrinkage plate and the upper surface of the clearing plate.
