The invention relates to a large telescopic combined device for bidirectional vibration control. The device comprises a fixed bracket, a connecting sliding plate, a cylindrical steel damping unit, a telescopic module and an anti-bending anchor plate, a horizontal sliding groove with an opening in the lower surface is formed below the fixed bracket, the connecting sliding plate is arranged in the horizontal sliding groove in a clearance manner, one end of the telescopic module is hinged to the end of the connecting sliding groove in the horizontal direction, the other end of the telescopic module is hinged to a foundation structure in the vertical direction, the connecting sliding plate is hinged to the telescopic module in the horizontal direction, and the top end of the cylindrical steeldamping unit is movably connected with the lower surface of the connecting sliding plate. The bottom end of the cylindrical steel damping unit is mounted on the anti-bending anchor plate. Compared with the prior art, vibration control in the bridge forward direction and the bridge transverse direction can be achieved at the same time, the cost advantage is obvious, the telescopic module can be customized according to different temperature displacement requirements, and the telescopic module can be practically applied to continuous beam bridges and large-span cable type bearing bridges.
