The movable steel sleeper for the large-displacement telescopic device comprises a movable steel sleeper body, the movable steel sleeper body comprises a top plate and a web plate, a first mounting through hole is formed in the top plate, and a mounting groove is formed in the web plate; at least part of the mounting sleeve is arranged in the mounting groove, and the mounting sleeve is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the first mounting through hole; one end of the first locking structure penetrates out of the first mounting through hole and is connected with the mounting hole; two positioning protrusions are arranged on the outer wall face of the mounting sleeve and are sequentially arranged at intervals, one positioning protrusion abuts against the first side face of the web, and the other positioning protrusion abuts against the second side face of the web so that the web can be clamped between the two positioning protrusions. The first side face and the second side face are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction of the web. According to the technical scheme, the mounting sleeve can be positioned, the mounting hole is aligned with the first mounting through hole, and connection is convenient.
