Self-resetting sliding rotary type friction energy dissipation and seismic mitigation support
The invention discloses a self-resetting sliding rotary type friction energy dissipation and seismic mitigation support which comprises an upper base, a lower base, an I-shaped steel plate, a first steel spring, a second steel spring, a friction cylinder ring, a friction layer, a circular-ring-shaped sliding block, a wedge block, a movable plate and a cylindrical limiting block. Through connectingthe steel spring with the friction cylinder ring, large-area friction between the annular sliding block and the friction cylinder ring and rotation of the annular sliding block, energy is consumed, and self-resetting of the annular sliding block and the movable plate is achieved. When an earthquake occurs, relative sliding is generated in the circular groove in the base, energy is consumed through sliding friction, and meanwhile damping vibration of the structure can be generated, so that the structure is safer; when the annular sliding block slides, the annular sliding block moves inwards tocompress the movable plate, the movable plate reversely acts on the annular sliding block through the couple, the annular sliding block rotates to prolong the relative sliding path, damping is increased, and energy consumption is better achieved. The energy dissipation and seismic mitigation effects are good, the symmetrical structure is simple and reasonable, and manufacturing is convenient.
本发明公开了一种自复位滑动旋转型摩擦耗能减震支座,包括上底座、下底座、工字形钢板、第一钢弹簧、第二钢弹簧、摩擦筒环、摩擦层、圆环形滑块、楔块、活动板和圆柱形限位块,通过将钢弹簧与摩擦筒环进行连接,圆环形滑块与摩擦筒环的大面积摩擦以及圆环形滑块的旋转,消耗能量,并实现圆环形滑块和活动板的自复位。本发明可在发生地震时,通过底座内部圆形凹槽内产生相对滑动,并通过滑动摩擦来消耗能量,同时可使结构发生阻尼振动使结构更加安全;圆环形滑块在滑动时向内部运动压缩活动板,活动板反过来将力偶作用在圆环形滑块上,使之发生旋转延长相对滑动路径,增大阻尼更好地耗能;耗能减震效果好,对称结构简单合理、便于制作。
