The longitudinal connecting device comprises a guide plate and a wiringroad surface, a expansion joint body is arranged between the guide plate and the wiring road surface, a connecting device is arranged in the expansion joint body, the guide plate and the wiring road surface are connected through the connecting device, the connecting device comprises a horizontal plate, the left end and the right end of the horizontal plate are symmetrically provided with a left side plate and a right side plate which are used for being connected with the end face of the guide plate and the end face of the wiring road surface respectively, the connecting device is filled with elastic materials to form an elastic filling layer, the upper end cover of the horizontal plate is provided with a crack resisting steel plate, and the left end and the right end of the crack resistingsteel plate are erected on the guide plate and the wiring road surface respectively. The connecting device is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to install, has high shear bearing capacity and good shrinkage deformation capacity, can absorb longitudinal deformation and displacement of the guide plate to a large extent, can effectively prevent cracking damage of a pavement layer, is a whole when seen from the exterior of a pavement, is free of expansion joints and expansion devices, and achieves seamless pavement.
本发明涉及一种适用于引板胀缝的纵向连接装置及施工方法,包括引板、接线路面,引板与接线路面之间设置有胀缝,所述胀缝内设置有连接装置,引板、接线路面经连接装置相连接,所述连接装置包括水平板,水平板左右两端对称设置有分别用于连接引板、接线路面端面的左侧板、右侧板,连接装置内经弹性材料填充形成弹性填充层,水平板上端盖设有阻裂钢板,阻裂钢板左右两端分别搭设在引板、接线路面上,本设计结构简单,设计合理,连接装置安装方便,具有较强的抗剪承载能力,具有良好的收缩变形能力,可以很大程度的吸收引板的纵向变形和位移,能有效防止路面铺装层的开裂破坏,且从路面外部看为一整体,没有伸缩缝和伸缩装置,实现无缝化路面。
