Curve ultrahigh section longitudinal connecting plate anti-expansion method
The invention provides a method for preventing plate expansion of longitudinal connecting plates in a curve ultrahigh section, and relates to the technical field of longitudinal connecting plate type ballastless tracks, comprising the following steps of: chiseling away wide and narrow joints between track plates in a high-risk section of an inner expansion plate in the curve ultrahigh section in a low-temperature period in winter; adhesive tapes are adhered to the top surfaces of the two track plates in front of and behind the wide joint, and a reinforcement cage is arranged in the wide and narrow joint; grouting auxiliary formworks are installed on the lower side of the steel rail, the upper side of the wide-narrow joint and the end of the wide-narrow joint; selecting a low-temperature period in winter and early morning to cast tough material slurry to the position of the wide and narrow joint; after the tough material is cured, the grouting auxiliary formwork is dismantled, and the rubber strips on the top faces of the two track plates are removed to form grooves; and the groove is filled with a waterproof material system with high deformability, and replacement of the wide and narrow joints of the high-risk section in the curve ultrahigh section is completed. According to the method, the tough material is adopted to cast the wide and narrow joint of the curve ultrahigh section to release temperature stress, and meanwhile, the tough material can be smoothly subjected to surface finishing to form a certain gradient under the condition that the height difference exists at the two ends of the wide and narrow joint of the curve section.
本发明提供了一种曲线超高段纵连板防胀板的方法,涉及纵连板式无砟轨道技术领域,包括在冬季低温时段,对曲线超高段内胀板高风险区段的轨道板间宽窄接缝进行凿除;在宽接缝前后两轨道板的顶面上均粘贴胶条,在宽窄接缝中布设钢筋笼;在钢轨下侧、宽窄接缝上侧及端部安装注浆辅助模板;选择冬季凌晨低温时段向宽窄接缝位置浇筑韧性材料浆体;韧性材料固化后,拆除注浆辅助模板,清除两轨道板顶面上的胶条形成凹槽;在凹槽内填充高变形能力的防水材料体系,完成曲线超高段内高风险区段宽窄接缝的更换。本发明采用韧性材料浇筑曲线超高段的宽窄接缝以释放温度应力,同时,可使韧性材料在曲线地段宽窄接缝两端存在高度差的情况下顺利收面成一定坡度。
