The invention relates to a long-bundle prestressed steel strand pulling device and a steel strand pulling method. The long-bundle prestressed steel strand pulling device comprises a high-pressure gastank; a first pipeline, one end of the first pipeline is connected with the high-pressure gas tank, and the other end of the first pipeline is used for communicating with a corrugated pipe pre-buriedin a bridge; a metal ball which is used for being placed in the corrugated pipe, and the metal ball can be pushed to penetrate through the corrugated pipe through air pressure in the high-pressure airbox; a steel wire rope, wherein one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the metal ball, and the other end is connected with the steel strand; a winch which is used for being connected with the steel wire rope after the steel wire rope penetrates through the corrugated pipe and pulling the steel strand to penetrate through the corrugated pipe. According to the long-bundle prestressed steel strand pulling device provided by the invention, pulling of the whole steel strand can be completed at a time, and the pulling effect cannot be affected.
