T-structure continuous beam prestressed steel strand pulling method and strand pulling device thereof
The invention relates to a T-structure continuous beam prestressed steel strand pulling method and a strand pulling device thereof. The strand pulling method comprises the following steps: step 1, arranging steel strands, and installing a strand pulling device; step 2, installing auxiliary traction prestressed tendons; step 3, wrapping and fixing the ends of the whole bundle of steel strands through a connecting sleeve; step 4, connecting and fixing the auxiliary traction prestressed tendons with the connecting sleeve at the end part of the whole bundle of steel strands; step 5, enabling the strand pulling device to pull the auxiliary traction prestressed tendons so as to pull the whole strand of steel strands to penetrate through the T-shaped hole channels; and step 6, dismantling the auxiliary traction prestressed tendons, and fixing the two ends of the whole bundle of steel strands. The strand pulling device comprises a frame, a supporting frame, a steel strand pulling machine and a driving assembly, the supporting frame is slidably connected to the frame, the steel strand pulling machine is slidably connected to the supporting frame in the horizontal direction, the driving assembly is used for driving the supporting frame to vertically slide along the frame, and the device has the effect of improving the strand pulling efficiency of large-span T-structure continuous beam steel strands.
