The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly dome capable of collecting drinking water for a building, and relates to the technical field of green and environment-friendly domes. The greenand environment-friendly dome comprises a dome body and a purifying mechanism, wherein the purifying mechanism is mounted on the outer side of the lower part of the dome body; and the purifying mechanism comprises a water inlet tube, a second valve, a pull rod, a filter tube, a water outlet tube, a filter water purifier, an activated carbon filter element, a bent plate, an arc-shaped plate, a spring, an arc-shaped slot and a water inlet hole. According to the green and environment-friendly dome capable of collecting drinking water for the building disclosed by the invention, the activated carbon filter element is matched with the filter water purifier, so that rainwater which flows in from an annular filter plate is separately subjected to secondary filter and final filter, and therefore,the rainwater is changed into drinkable water, and water resources are sufficiently saved; and the activated carbon filter element is used for performing secondary filter, so that use burden of the filter water purifier can be reduced, and the service life of the filter water purifier is prolonged.
