The invention provides a water dispenser capable of collecting dew for drinking. The drinking water dispenser capable of collecting dew comprises a shell, a water making device, a raw water tank, a first filtering assembly and a water storage tank, the water making device is arranged in the shell and comprises a compressor and a condenser connected with the compressor, and the condenser is used for making water molecules in air into raw water; the raw water tank is arranged in the shell, is positioned below the condenser and is used for storing raw water; the first filtering assembly and the water storage tank are arranged in the shell, the first filtering assembly is connected with the raw water tank and the water storage tank through a first water pipe, and the water storage tank is used for storing raw water in the raw water tank filtered by the first filtering assembly to obtain small-molecule deuterium-depleted drinking water. Thus, water molecules in the air are prepared into raw water through the condenser in the water preparation device, the raw water is filtered through the first filtering assembly, small-molecule low-deuterium drinking water can be obtained, and therefore the problem that water drinking is difficult in a water-source-free area can be solved.
