The invention relates to a building energy-saving waterproof construction structure which comprises a roof. A waterproof structure layer is arranged on the surface of the roof, shielding devices usedfor shielding rainwater are symmetrically arranged on the waterproof structure layer, and each shielding device comprises a plurality of bearing rods installed on the waterproof structure layer through fastening assemblies, a shielding plate hinged to the bearing rods, extending mechanisms arranged at the two sides of the shielding plate and swinging assemblies arranged between the bearing rods and the shielding plate and used for swinging the shielding plate; and recycling assemblies used for collecting the rainwater are arranged on the bearing rods. According to the building energy-saving waterproof construction structure, the roof can be effectively waterproof, so that the rainwater can be prevented from permeating into the roof, and the service life of a building is prolonged; and in addition, the rainwater can be effectively collected, so that the rainwater can be utilized, and the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection can be achieved.
