According to the building energy-saving waterproof construction structure, rainwater is collected, when the indoor space needs to be cooled, the shading assembly is unfolded to shield sunlight, the water temperature is reduced through water evaporation, the indoor temperature is reduced through the heat exchange mechanism, and the indoor air temperature is changed.
