The cantilever scaffold system comprises a first concrete structure, a second concrete structure, profile steelcantilever beams, a first reinforcing structure, a locking piece, a supporting piece, a scaffold set, a second reinforcing structure, cable-stayed parts and auxiliary reinforcing parts, wherein the inner side portions of the profile steel cantilever beams are arranged on the upper surface of the first concrete structure, the first reinforcing structure is fixed to the bottom and the outer end side of the first concrete structure, the outer side portions of the profile steel cantilever beams extend out of the first concrete structure, the supporting piece is fixed to the first concrete structure and supported by the profile steel cantilever beams, the scaffold set is vertically arranged and fixed on the plurality of profile steel cantilever beams, the second reinforcing structure is arranged on the second concrete structure, the cable-stayed parts are arranged between the outer ends of the profile steel cantilever beams and the second reinforcing structure, a plurality of stand columnsare arranged on the scaffold set, and the auxiliary reinforcing parts are arranged between the stand columns and the second reinforcing structure.
