Cantilever scaffold and construction technology thereof
The invention provides a cantilever scaffold and a construction process thereof. The cantilever scaffold comprises cantilever profile steel, a connecting piece and a scaffold body, the connecting piece is provided with a leveling assembly which telescopically moves relative to the cantilever profile steel, and the leveling assembly abuts against the cantilever profile steel; and a limiting column and/or a supporting seat are/is arranged on the upper part of the connecting piece and used for limiting and fixing a supporting frame body. According to the cantilever scaffold, by adjusting the direction of the connecting piece after installation, the assembling deviation of the cantilever profile steel is offset, and the requirement for the assembling precision of the cantilever profile steel is low; and meanwhile, follow-up assembling of the scaffold body is facilitated, and the construction speed and the construction safety are greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种悬挑脚手架及其施工工艺,所述悬挑脚手架包括悬挑型钢、连接件、脚手架主体,所述连接件设有相对所述悬挑型钢伸缩移动的调平组件,所述调平组件与所述悬挑型钢抵接;所述连接件的上部设置限位柱和/或支撑座,用于对所述支撑架主体限位固定。本发明所述的悬挑脚手架通过对连接件的安装后的方位进行调整,抵消悬挑型钢的装配偏差,对悬挑型钢的装配精度要求低,同时也便于后续的脚手架主体的组装,大大提高施工速度和施工安全性。

The invention provides a cantilever scaffold and a construction process thereof.
