Aluminum alloy formwork construction method for variable-story-height building
The invention relates to an aluminum alloy formwork construction method for a variable-story-height building. The method comprises the following steps that formworks are pre-assembled and numbered, wherein the formworks comprise standard formworks and non-standard formworks; surveying and setting out are carried out, wall column reinforcing steel bars and wall column forms are installed, and the perpendicularity and flatness of a wall body are adjusted; supporting body forms are installed; beam forms, top forms and stair forms are installed, and the levelness of the beam forms, the top forms and the stair forms is adjusted; wall column inclined supports are erected, and the perpendicularity of the wall body is adjusted; suspended forms and joint bulk samples are installed; steel bars at cross beams, top plates and the stair forms are installed; concrete is poured into the aluminum alloy formworks with different layer numbers, and the perpendicularity of the wall column forms is rechecked; after concrete pouring is completed, the aluminum alloy formworks are dismantled, and the supporting body formworks are reserved; and upper-layer wall columns are positioned and checked, and upper-layer wall column steel bars are bound. According to the method, a house body is constructed in the mode by which the numbered non-standard formworks and standard formworks are combined in variable-story-height building construction, so that the building construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
