The invention discloses a forward rotation non-avoidance mechanical parking control system and control method. The control system comprises an internal detection circuit and an external control circuit; the external control circuit comprises an external detection circuit and an external output circuit; the external detection circuit is used for detecting the current running state of a lifting vehicle carrying plate of mechanical parking equipment; and the external output circuit is used for detecting the running position of the vehicle carrying plate. A user sends a user parking instruction ora user car taking instruction to a programmable logic controller of the internal detection circuit, the programmable logic controller collects various switching value and analog signals output by theexternal detection circuit and collects the operation voltage and the operation frequency of a frequency converter output motor, and the current state of a garage is judged according to the collectedvarious switching value and analog signals. Non-avoidance parking and car taking functions as well as the function that two cars are parked in one parking space and car parking and taking can be performed independently without mutual interference can be achieved, and the operation difficulty of a driver is lowered.
