Shaft sleeves are connected to the four corners of the vehicle carrying plate in an inserted manner correspondingly, guide rods are connected to the middles of the shaft sleeves inan inserted manner, the lower ends of the guide rods are fixed in protective sleeves through screws, and the positions, below the shaft sleeves, of the lower ends of the guide rods are connected withdisc spring sets in a sleeved manner. Lower buffer mechanism are fixed in a fixed groove of the fixed base, upper buffer mechanisms are fixed to the lower surface of the vehicle carrying plate through screws, and when a vehicle descends through the vehicle carrying plate, grooves of the upper buffer mechanisms and protruding blocks of the lower buffer mechanisms are clamped, the buffering effectis ensured, and deviation cannot happen; and the impact degree of the vehicle carrying plate during falling is reduced through the elastic force of supporting springs by means of upper supporting plates on the upper buffering mechanisms and the lower buffering mechanisms, and damage of recoil of the vehicle carrying plate to the vehicle body is reduced.
