Buffer device for lifting vehicle tray of stereo garage
The invention relates to a buffer device for lifting a vehicle tray of a stereo garage. Two supporting plates distributed in parallel are arranged on the corresponding ground under the vehicle tray. An adjusting rubber cushion is arranged on the bottom face of each supporting plate. Corresponding bolt holes are formed in each supporting plate and the corresponding adjusting rubber cushion. Bolts penetrate through the bolt holes so that the supporting plates and the adjusting rubber cushions can be fixed to the ground. A square-pipe-shaped guide rail is fixedly arranged on the top face of each supporting plate. A bubble level is arranged in the middle of one side face of each guide rail. Two parallel grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the guide rails, of the bottom face of a cross beam of the vehicle tray. The depth of the grooves is smaller than the height of the guide rails. Buffer rubber cushions corresponding to the guide rails are arranged in the grooves in an interference fit mode. The buffer rubber cushions are of an inverted U-shaped structure, and the middles of the buffer rubber cushions extend to form downwards-protruding arc-shaped portions. The root portions of the arc-shaped portions intersect with the inner walls of the two sides of the buffer rubber cushions. The buffer rubber cushions are long in service life, the damage caused when the guide rails make direct contact with the bottom face of the vehicle tray can be avoided, and the levelness and flatness of the guide rails can be conveniently achieved and improved.
