The invention relates to a ladder with a safe placement angle indicating function. The ladder comprises ladder rods and crosspieces. The ladder is characterized in that a placement angle indicating component is arranged in an inner cavity of at least one crosspiece, the placement angle indicating component comprises a placement indicating block rotationally hinged in the crosspiece, a display partis arranged at the front end of the placement indicating block, a balance weight part is arranged on the lower portion of the placement indicating block, and a display window capable of displaying the display part is formed in the end surface of the crosspiece; when the ladder is obliquely placed within a safe placement angle range, the placement indicating block deflects under the action of thebalance weight part, and an operator can observe the display part through the display window; and when the ladder is obliquely placed to exceed the safe placement angle range, the placement indicatingblock deflects under the action of the balance weight part, and the operator cannot observe the display part through the display window. The ladder with the safe placement angle indicating function has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, and a user can clearly know the placement angle of the ladder.
