The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a preparation method of a water-resistant anti-freezing shale ganged brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding plant straw into a sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and a zinc oxide aqueous solution to obtain slurry, adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid, uniformly mixing, and adding a single-walled carbon nanotube to obtain a modified plant straw cellulose solution; (2) taking shale, crushing, soaking in the modified plant straw cellulose solution, adding tetraethoxysilane, mixing, and carrying out constant-temperature and constant-pressure closed reaction to obtain modified shale; (3) mixing the modified shale with fly ash, adding water and a fluxing agent, stirring and mixing, performing compression molding, and drying to obtain a pretreated green body; and (5) firing and molding the pretreated green body to obtainthe water-resistant anti-freezing shale ganged brick. The method is safe and simple, and the prepared shale ganged brick has good water resistance, frost resistance and mechanical properties.
