Lightweight argil and shale perforated ganged brick and production method
The invention provides a lightweight argil and shale perforated ganged brick and a production method. The lightweight argil and shale perforated ganged brick is characterized in that a blank is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60% of shale, 20 to 25% of soybean straw, and 20 to 25% of other auxiliary materials; the auxiliary materials include 80 to 90% by mass of quicklime, and 10 to 20% by weight of iron powder; the argil mud is Guangxi Qinzhou Nixing argil mud containing 50 to 55% of water. The production method is that the prepared argil mud is uniformly sprayed on the blank until the thickness of 1 to 3mm is reached, and then roasting the blank for 8 to 12 hours at the temperature of 950 to 1200 DEG C so as to obtain the finished product. The lightweight argil and shale perforated ganged brick has the advantages of smooth surface, regular appearance and diverse finishing effects, and is outstanding in heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing performance, freezing resistance, non-discoloring performance, durability, environmental protection, and non-radiation performance; the lightweight argil and shale perforated ganged brick can be applied to indoor and outdoor as the ganged block.
