The invention discloses a winding rattan ceramic firing process which comprises the following steps: selecting lithium-rich minerals to prepare a first green body; winding vines on the outer wall of the first green body to obtain a second green body; coating the surfaces of the vines of the second green body with a fireproof coating to obtain a third green body; coating the outer wall of the thirdgreen body with glaze to obtain a fourth green body; and firing the fourth green body, sorting the ceramic and packaging to obtain a ceramic finished product. According to the process, after the first green body is prepared, the vines are directly wound outside the first green body to form various patterns, and then the outer walls of the vines are coated with the fireproof coating so that the vines can be fired with big fire, the vines can be completely fused into the ceramic after the ceramic is fired, and thus not only can the ceramic be protected, but also the effect of decorating the ceramic can be achieved, and the vines are not prone to falling off.
本发明公开了一种绕藤陶瓷烧制工艺，包括以下步骤：选用富锂矿物，制成第一坯体；将藤蔓缠绕在第一坯体外壁，制得第二坯体；在第二胚体的藤蔓表面涂覆防火涂料，制得第三坯体；在第三坯体外壁涂覆釉料，制得第四坯体；将第四坯体进行烧制、拣瓷，包装，得到陶瓷成品；本发明通过在制成第一坯体后直接将藤蔓缠绕在第一坯体外部，并且缠绕呈各种图案，然后再在藤蔓外壁涂覆防火涂料，使藤蔓能够经得起大火的烧制，从而使得陶瓷烧制完成后，藤蔓能够完全融入陶瓷内部，这样不仅能够对陶瓷起到保护的作用，也能够起到装饰陶瓷的作用，且藤蔓也不会轻易脱落。
