Rattan plaited blister door and production process thereof
The rattan-plaited plastic uptake door comprises a door plate, a rattan-plaited net, an auxiliary frame, fasteners and rubber strips, the door plate is provided with hollow holes, the back face of the door plate is provided with step grooves used for installing the rattan-plaited net and the auxiliary frame, the shape of the rattan-plaited net is matched with that of the hollow holes, and the fastener is arranged in the step grooves. The auxiliary frame and the adhesive tape are both of a hollow closed-loop-shaped structure, at least part of the rattan weaving net abuts against the bottom face of the step groove, the part, located in the step groove, of the rattan weaving net is pressed by the auxiliary frame installed in the step groove in an abutting mode, and the auxiliary frame is fixed to the door plate through the fastener. A clamping groove is formed in the side face of the step groove in the radial direction, and at least part of the rubber strip is embedded into the clamping groove and at least part of the rubber strip abuts against the auxiliary frame. The attractiveness of the plastic uptake door is improved, and the problem that the rattan woven net is prone to loosing is solved.
