The invention relates to a stay cable maintenance trolley. A main body of the stay cable maintenance trolley is a working platform, the stay cable maintenance trolley comprises the components of a first brake mechanism connected with a second brake mechanism and fixed to one end of the top of the working platform, and the first brake mechanism comprises a first guide supporting wheel set, a firstbrake and a first air cylinder; a second brake mechanism which comprises a second guide supporting wheel set, a second brake and a second air cylinder; an electric push rod which is connected with thefirst brake mechanism and the second brake mechanism; a walking supporting mechanism which is fixed to the end, away from the first braking mechanism, of the top of the working platform; a winch anda winch traction rope, wherein the winch traction rope is connected with the winch and the first brake mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the overhauling trolley can be pulled to move through thewinch, the overhauling trolley can be driven to move on the stay cable through the first brake mechanism, the second brake mechanism and the electric push rod, and the stay cable can be overhauled under the condition that traffic operation is guaranteed.
