The invention discloses an intelligent main cable inspection trolley matched with maintenance of a main cable platform, and relates to maintenance and maintenance of a main cable of a suspension bridge. Power driving wheels are mounted in front of and behind the walking trolley body; the number of the outer supporting hanging brackets is two, one ends of the outer supporting hanging brackets are fixed to the two sides of the walking trolley body respectively, and the other ends of the outer supporting hanging brackets extend towards the lower portion of the walking trolley body. The number of the counterweight bodies is two, and the counterweight bodies are fixed to the bottom ends of the two outer supporting hanging brackets correspondingly. The multiple sets of elastic supporting wheels are symmetrically installed on the inner sides of the two outer supporting hanging brackets.
