Movable pedestal
The invention relates to a movable pedestal which comprises a main beam formed by splicing a plurality of box body sections, a moving mechanism which is arranged below the main beam and is moved in the axial direction of the main beam, a beam bottom formwork which is arranged above the main beam and driving devices for driving the moving mechanism to move, and the driving devices are arranged at the two ends of the moving mechanism. The two ends of the moving mechanism are provided with power connection butt-joint openings electrically connected with the driving devices, the edge of the top plate of the beam bottom formwork is provided with an arc chamfer, and the box body sections comprise adjusting sections for adjusting the length of the main beam. The beam bottom formwork is arranged above the pedestal, so that the beam body is directly prefabricated on the movable pedestal, the pedestal can be directly moved to longitudinally move the beam body, and the use frequency of a gantry crane or other auxiliary equipment is reduced. And meanwhile, the beam body is moved under the condition that a beam body bottom die is not disassembled, the edge of a bottom die top plate is an arc chamfer, and when arc transition of the edge of a beam body bottom plate is guaranteed, a side die plate can be disassembled more conveniently.
本发明涉及移动式台座,包括:由多个箱体节段拼装而成的主梁、设置于所述主梁下且沿主梁轴向移动的移动机构、设置于所述主梁上方的梁底模板、驱动移动机构移动的驱动装置,所述驱动装置设置于所述移动机构两端,所述移动机构两端设置有与驱动装置电连接的接电对接口,所述梁底模板顶板边缘设置有圆弧倒角,所述箱体节段包括调节主梁长度的调节节段。在台座上方设置有梁底模板,实现了直接在移动台座上进行梁体的预制,并可直接移动台座进行梁体纵向移动,减少了龙门吊或其他辅助设备的使用频率。同时实现了在梁体底模不拆卸的情况下对梁体进行移动,底模顶板边缘为圆弧倒角,在保证梁体底板边缘圆弧过渡时,能够更便于拆卸侧模板。
