Movable pedestal for prefabricating concrete beam through post-tensioning method
The invention discloses a movable pedestal for prefabricating a concrete beam through a post-tensioning method, and aims at solving problems that in the prior art, when a beam body is tensioned, the bottom side portions of the two ends can be seriously damaged due to stress concentration and heavy pressure friction, and the quality and the appearance of the beam body are affected. The technical key point is that the movable pedestal comprises a pedestal main body and symmetrical pedestal end sections, and the movable pedestal is characterized in that each pedestal end section is formed by matching a pedestal end section lower part and a pedestal end section upper part, the pedestal end section lower parts and the pedestal main body are connected into a whole, and the top surface of each pedestal end section lower part is provided with an arc downward concave part; and the bottom surface of the each pedestal end section upper part is provided with an arc convex part which is rotationally matched with the arc downward concave part; and when the pedestal end section upper parts are in a horizontal state, set first gaps are reserved between the outer side parts of the bottom surfaces of the pedestal end section upper parts and the outer side parts of the top surfaces of the pedestal end section lower parts, set second gaps are reserved between the inner side parts of the cambered surfaces of the arc convex parts and the inner side parts of the cambered surfaces of the arc downward concave parts, and the top surfaces of the pedestal end section upper parts are flush with the top surface of the pedestal main body.
