本发明公开了新型坡地建筑工程桩施工方法,通过超声波勘探出原冲孔灌注桩的具体位置,并通过小型挖掘机或人工挖土挖出原冲孔灌注桩桩头;开挖出原冲孔灌注桩桩头后采用炮机破凿原冲孔灌注桩桩头的混凝土,将原冲孔灌注桩桩头的中心进行凿除,凿出凹槽,所述凹槽的长宽为300mm,深300mm;使用双面焊接的方式对接桩主筋与原冲孔灌注桩主筋进行搭接,焊接后及时清除焊渣,再对接桩主筋进行箍筋,接桩主筋箍筋的直径及间距与原冲孔灌注桩主筋相同;使用新型坡地建筑工程桩施工方法,使工程桩接桩施工能够实现地面化操作,地面化操作使得接桩施工方便快捷,提高质量水平、降低安全风险,同时增加了桩基础的受力面积提高其受力性能,并且提高使用寿命。
