The invention relates to an automatic dredging, cleaning and collecting device for a sewer opening. The automatic dredging, cleaning and collecting device comprises a power assembly and an execution assembly; the power assembly comprises a water storage tank; the water storage tank is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity; the first cavity is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet is in communication with the second cavity; a floating ball triggering mechanism and a drain valve are arranged in the first cavity, the floating ball triggering mechanismcomprises a floating ball I, the floating ball I is linked with the drain valve, the drain valve is arranged at the liquid outlet, and a floating ball II is arranged in the second cavity; and the execution assembly comprises an execution head, and a transmission line I is connected between the execution head and the floating ball II. Rainwater in an application occasion is used as a power source,extra energy is not needed, leaves and other sundries at the sewer opening are dredged, and the sewer opening is prevented from being blocked. The cleaning workload of urban sanitation workers is reduced, and urban inland inundation is avoided.
