The invention discloses a drainage device for automatically dredging and collecting sewer sundries. The drainage device comprises a fixed shell, wherein a blockage detection device is arranged in the fixed shell; the blockage detection device comprises a longitudinal drainage groove with an upward opening; a cover plate positioned on the upper side of the longitudinal drainage groove is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the fixed shell; and a water inlet groove which is provided with a downward opening and communicates with the longitudinal drainage groove is formed in the cover plate. According to the device, sundries and water on the road surface can be separated, so that the sewer is prevented from being blocked by foreign matters; meanwhile, after a rotary water leakage plate is blocked, the water level in the longitudinal drainage groove is gradually increased, a conical sealing block moves upwards to block the longitudinal drainage groove, meanwhile, the rotary water leakage plate rotates, and the sundries are discharged; and the sundries are concentrated into a sundry cavity to be collected by taking water discharge as power, so that the sewer can be automatically dredged after being blocked, and water accumulation on the road surface is avoided.
