Novel prefabricated concrete wallboard connecting structure and construction method thereof
In order to solve the problems that an existing fabricated structure is single in connecting mode, poor in stability, extremely prone to collapsing, low in safety performance and the like, the invention provides a novel prefabricated concrete wallboard connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises at least two prefabricated concrete wallboards prefabricated in a factory and at least onefixing piece which is used for conducting field construction and conducting butt joint and fixing on every two adjacent prefabricated concrete wallboards, the fixing pieces are sequentially sleeved with rope rings of every two adjacent prefabricated concrete wallboards from bottom to top after the rope rings of the adjacent prefabricated concrete wallboards are matched, and concrete is poured into pouring gaps formed by butt joint of pouring grooves of the adjacent prefabricated concrete wallboards in situ. According to the connecting structure, the prefabricated concrete wallboards can be produced in a factory, and can be assembled on site conveniently and rapidly, meanwhile, the wet work amount of a construction site is reduced, environmental protection is facilitated, in addition, theconnecting structure is high in mechanization degree, and on-site constructor allocation can be reduced.
为了解决现有装配式结构的连接方式单一,稳定性较差,极易倒塌以及安全性能较低等问题,本发明提供一种新型的预制混凝土墙板连接结构,包括至少两块通过工厂预制的预制混凝土墙板和至少一进行现场施工且用于将相邻的两块预制混凝土墙板进行对接固定的固定件,相邻的预制混凝土墙板的绳环配合后从下至上依次套设在固定件上,且在由相邻的预制混凝土墙板的浇筑槽对接而成的浇筑空隙内现场浇筑混凝土。本发明预制混凝土墙板能够在工厂生产,且进行现场装配,方便而快捷,同时还减少了施工现场的湿作业量,有利于环保,另外,该连接结构机械化程度高,能够减少现场施工人员配备。
