The motor sealing structure comprises a base and a base cover covering the base, wherein a motor cavity and a locking cavity are formed in the base; a motor and a transmission assembly are arranged in the motor cavity; a sealing assembly is further arranged and is used for sealing the motor and the transmission assembly in the motor cavity; the motor sealing assembly comprises a sealing cover provided with an accommodating groove; the peripheral surface of the sealing cover is coated with sealing rubber; a groove is formed in the peripheral surface of the sealing cover; a lug matched with the groove is arranged on the inner ring of the sealing rubber; and the sealing cover and the sealing rubber are clamped andfixed through the groove and the lug. The motor sealing structure has the beneficial effects that 1, the motor and the transmission assembly are independently sealed, so that the functions of the motor and the transmission assembly are not influenced, the entrance of water vapor is avoided, the corrosion of the motor in the actuator is avoided, and the use performance and the safety performance of an automobile are guaranteed; and 2, the motor sealing assembly is arranged, and the sealing between the motor sealing assembly and the base is realized through the interference fit between the motor sealing assembly and the inner wall of the base.
