The invention discloses an elevator installation, overhaul and debugging simulation device which is characterized in that a wire guide wheel is fixedly installed at one end of the top of a rack, a winding shaft is fixedly installed at the end, away from the wire guide wheel, of the top of the rack, and a rotating motor is fixedly connected to one end of the winding shaft; and a steel wire rope winds around the surface of the winding shaft uniformly. A stable braking mechanism is fixedly installed at the top of the rack and located on the side of the winding shaft, the steel wire rope can be lubricated in the using process, friction and abrasion between the steel wire rope and a pulley, a wire guide wheel and the like are reduced, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged. Lubricating oil in a lubricating box body and a supplementing box body can be located at the same horizontal plane height through an oil injection pipe, lost lubricating oil in the lubricating box bodyis supplemented in time, insufficient lubrication of the steel wire rope caused by descending of the liquid level of the lubricating oil in the lubricating box body is avoided, and then excessive friction between twisted ropes in the steel wire rope is avoided; and the steel wire rope does not need to be lubricated manually.
