The two L-shaped movable clamping plates are driven by the weight of the cross beam to rotate inwards, the clamping bolts connected with the L-shaped movable clamping plates make contact with the two sides of the cross beam correspondingly, the cross beam clamping and fixing effect is achieved, and displacement of the cross beam in the lifting process is avoided. The problems that in the beam lifting process of an existing beam mounting and lifting device, a beam is prone to displacement due to the influence of different factors, the beam falls off from the top of the device, and constructors below are hurt are solved.
