The invention relates to the field of ecological management and environmental protection, and discloses an urban black and odorous riverway in-situ dredging system which comprises an environmental protection cutter suction dredger, a float type working platform arranged on a riverway and a vehicle-mounted medicament integrated adding and mixing device arranged on the bank side, and a plurality ofsteel grid filtering units are laid on the float type working platform. The steel grid filtering units are filled with filtering materials, the vehicle-mounted medicament integrated adding and mixingdevice is connected with the environment-friendly cutter suction dredger through a mud inlet pipe and connected with a geotextile pipe bag through a mud outlet pipe, and the geotextile pipe bag is laid above the steel grid filtering units. The invention further discloses a disposal method of the urban black and odorous riverway in-situ dredging system. According to the urban black and odorous riverway in-situ dredging system and the disposal method thereof, on the premise that the sludge conveying distance is shortened and the sludge is not intensively treated by land, the black and odorous riverway sludge is rapidly removed, dewatered and solidified.
