The invention provides a novel tailing and barren rock aggregate fly ash geopolymer concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer concrete material comprises, by mass, 239 kg of fly ash, 159 kg of slag, 144.2-432.6 kg of natural sand, 222.2-666.6 kg of natural broken stone, 5%, 7.5% or 10% of alkali, 56.43 kg-112.84 kg of water glass, 52.83 kg-105.68 kg of a NaOH solution, 32.65 kg-87.96 kg of remaining water, 288.4 kg-576.8 kg of tailing and 444.4 kg-888.8 kg of barren rock. The obtained novel geopolymer concrete is good in cohesiveness, the strength and fluidity meet requirements, tailing and barren rock can be utilized on a large scale in the using process, use of natural sand and stone is reduced, solid waste is reasonably utilized, the cost of the concrete is reduced, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of solid wastes such as fly ash, slag, tailings and barren rocks is improved.
本发明提供一种新型尾砂、废石骨料粉煤灰地聚物混凝土材料及其制备方法。该地聚物混凝土材料的含量按质量计算,其中材料为粉煤灰239kg,矿渣159kg,天然砂144.2‑432.6kg,天然碎石222.2‑666.6kg,用碱量为5%、7.5%、10%,水玻璃用量为56.43kg‑112.84kg,NaOH溶液为52.83kg‑105.68kg,剩余水量为32.65kg‑87.96kg,尾砂288.4kg‑576.8kg,废石444.4kg‑888.8kg。本发明所得到的新型地聚物混凝土的粘结性良好,强度与流动性满足要求,在使用过程中能够大规模的利用尾砂、废石,减少天然砂石的使用,使得固体废弃物得到合理的利用,降低混凝土的成本,同时提高粉煤灰、矿渣、尾砂、废石固体废弃物的利用率。
