Bagged steel slag sand well soft foundation treatment structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bagged steel slag sand well soft foundation treatment structure and a construction method thereof. The soft foundation treatment structure comprises a steel slag sand cushionlayer laid on a soft soil foundation and sequentially comprising a lower steel slag sand cushion layer, a geogrid, an upper steel slag sand cushion layer from bottom to top, a plurality of bagged steel slag sand wells, a roadbed filler layer, and an overload preloading packing layer. The bagged steel slag sand wells are uniformly distributed on the soft soil foundation, a sand bag is arranged ineach bagged steel slag sand well, and the upper end of each sand bag extends upwards into the steel slag sand cushion layer, wherein the sand bag is a permeable sand bag, and the sand bag is filled with steel slag sand; the roadbed filler layer is paved above the steel slag sand cushion layer; and the overload preloading packing layer is paved above the roadbed filler layer. The invention also relates to a construction method thereof. By the adoption of the soft foundation treatment structure and the construction method thereof, gravel resources can be saved, the utilization rate of steel slagsand is increased, the structural strength of a soft soil foundation is improved, and foundation settlement is reduced.
本发明公开了一种袋装钢渣砂井软基处理结构及其施工方法,软基处理结构包括:钢渣砂垫层,其铺设于软土地基上,钢渣砂垫层从下往上依次包括下层钢渣砂垫层、土工格栅以及上层钢渣砂垫层;若干个袋装钢渣砂井,所有的袋装钢渣砂井均匀分布于软土地基上,每个袋装钢渣砂井内设有砂袋,且砂袋的上端向上延伸至钢渣砂垫层内;其中,砂袋为透水型砂袋,且砂袋内填充钢渣砂;路基填料层,其铺设于钢渣砂垫层的上方;以及超载预压填料层,其铺设于路基填料层的上方;还包括其施工方法。采用本发明软基处理结构和其施工方法,能够节约砂石资源,提高钢渣砂的利用率,提高软土地基的结构强度,减少地基沉降。
