Steel slag doped composite foundation structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel slag doped composite foundation structure and a construction method thereof. The steel slag doped composite foundation structure comprises a gravel sand cushion layer,a steel slag mattress layer and a plurality of steel slag concrete piles; the gravel sand cushion layer is laid on a foundation, and the foundation comprises a soft soil layer and a supporting layer;the steel slag mattress layer is laid on the gravel sand cushion layer, and the steel slag mattress layer sequentially comprises a lower-layer steel slag cushion layer, a geogrid and an upper-layer steel slag cushion layer from bottom to top; all the steel slag concrete piles are arranged on the soft soil layer of the foundation at intervals, the upper end of each steel slag concrete pile penetrates through the gravel sand cushion layer and extends into the steel slag mattress layer, and the lower end of each steel slag concrete pile penetrates through the soft soil layer and extends into thesupporting layer at the bottom of the soft soil layer. The invention further discloses the construction method of the steel slag doped composite foundation structure. By the adoption of the compositefoundation structure and the construction method thereof, gravel resources can be saved, the utilization rate of steel slag is increased, the strength and rigidity of the composite foundation structure are improved, and the composite foundation structure has a stronger transverse reinforcing effect.
本发明公开了一种掺钢渣的复合地基结构及其施工方法,包括:砾砂垫层,其铺设于地基上,地基包括软土层和持力层;钢渣褥垫层,其铺设于所述砾砂垫层上,该钢渣褥垫层自下至上依次包括下层钢渣褥垫层、土工格栅和上层钢渣褥垫层;以及若干个钢渣混凝土桩,所有的该钢渣混凝土桩间隔地设置于所述地基的软土层上,每个该钢渣混凝土桩的上端穿过所述砾砂垫层并延伸至所述钢渣褥垫层内,下端贯穿所述软土层并延伸至所述软土层底部的持力层内;还包括其施工方法。采用本发明的复合地基结构及其施工方法,能够节约砂石资源,提高钢渣的利用率,并提高复合地基结构的强度和刚度,使其具有更强的横向增强作用。
