According to the invention, a problem of accidentscaused by visual blind areas generated by piers at crossroads under viaducts can be solved, drivers can be reminded that pedestrians exist in the blind areas, and vehicles can be forced to decelerateby temporarily increasing a plurality of decelerations, so that the situation that the vehicles cannot avoid the pedestrains in time due to too high speed is avoided; meanwhile, pedestrians in the blind area can be reminded that vehicles pass by in front of the blind area, so that sudden accidents caused by the fact that a few of people run a red light or run against yellow light are avoided, theworking efficiency is high, and the integration degree is high.
