Independent dust collection system of vacuum sweeper
According to an independent dust collection system of a vacuum sweeper, a power source is generated by an automobile engine, and power is provided for operation of a motor. The motor drives the transfer case to drive the air compressor and the belt wheel to operate. Meanwhile, the whole oil way circulating device and the water way circulating device begin to operate to cool a cylinder body and a motor of the air compressor and lubricate a cam shaft and a transfer case gear. And the normal long-time operation of the whole device is ensured. An independent system is adopted in the whole structure, modular arrangement is achieved, no other common part is needed except for a power source, daily maintenance and disassembly are convenient, after the system is disassembled, the vehicle can be used for other purposes, the vehicle is fully used, and cost input is reduced. The system adopts automatic water circulation and is used for cooling heat generated by a piston cylinder and a motor of theair compressor, so that the purpose of long-time use of the system is achieved. An oil pump is used for driving lubricating oil to circulate to lubricate a cam shaft of the air compressor and gears of the transfer case, and the service life of the whole system is prolonged.
一种吸尘车独立式吸尘系统,整套系统由汽车发动机产生动力源,为电机的运转提供动力。电机通过驱动分动箱分别带动空气压缩机与皮带轮运转。同时整个油路循环装置、水路循环装置开始运转为空气压缩机的缸体,电机冷却,凸轮轴、分动箱齿轮润滑。保障整个装置的正常长时间的运行。在整体结构上采用独立式系统,模块化设置,除电源外,无其他共用零部件,便于日常的维护和拆卸,拆除该系统后,车辆可供其他使用,充分使用车辆,减少成本的投入。该系统采用自动水循环,用于冷却空气压缩机的活塞缸与电机产生的热量,达到该系统长时间使用的目的。利用油泵驱动润滑油循环,用于润滑空气压缩机的凸轮轴与分动箱的齿轮,延长整套系统使用的时间。
