Stilling well decontamination device utilizing water flow kinetic energy
The invention discloses a stilling well decontamination device utilizing water flow kinetic energy. The stilling well decontamination device comprises four groups of roller components and two collecting components, wherein the four groups of roller components are installed on an overflow weir at intervals of 90 degrees, a bracket III is arranged in the center in the overflow weir, the top of the bracket III and the top of the overflow weir are located on the same horizontal plane, the four groups of roller components are of the same structure, and each group of roller component comprises a roller I, a central shaft, a bracket I, a bearing, a blade I, a hole, a shunting baffle, a roller II, a bracket II, a roller III, a blade II and a chain. The stilling well decontamination device is suitable for an annular overflow weir type stilling well; and the defect that floating objects and sundries on the water enter the stilling well along with water flow in the condition without a fishing device if the water level is high is overcome, the phenomenon of salvaging the floating objects is effectively avoided, and manpower and material resources are saved. Kinetic energy generated when waterflow impacts the blades is converted into mechanical energy so as to automatically salvage the floating objects on the water, and the effect of good practicability is achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用水流动能作用的消力井除污装置,包括四组滚轮部件、两个收集部件;所述四组滚轮部件间隔90°安装在溢流堰上,溢流堰内中心处设有支架Ⅲ,支架Ⅲ的顶部与溢流堰的顶部位于同一水平面,四组滚轮部件的结构相同,每组滚轮部件均包括滚筒Ⅰ、中心轴、支架Ⅰ、轴承、叶片Ⅰ、孔洞、分流挡板、滚筒Ⅱ、支架Ⅱ、滚筒Ⅲ、叶片Ⅱ、链条;本发明适用于环形溢流堰式的消力井;解决了在水位壅高情况下,水面上的漂浮物以及杂物在没有打捞装置的情况下随水流进入到消力井内部的弊端,有效避免了打捞漂浮物的现象,节省了人力物力。将水流冲击叶片的动能转化为机械能来实现自动打捞水面漂浮物的任务,有更好的实用性。
