Uplift pile
The invention provides an uplift pile, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation engineering. The uplift pile comprises a pile body and a pile head, wherein the pile head is movably arranged at the lower part of the pile body; and a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the pile body, a boss matched with the pile head is arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate, a one-waygrouting pipe penetrates through the bottom plate and the boss, and the arrangement of the boss can prevent the pile head from deviating in the pile driving process. The pile head is formed by splicing a plurality of sub-shells, and the diameter of the bottom of the pile head is not larger than that of the pile body, so that a gap is prevented from being formed between the pile body and a soil layer, and perpendicularity of the pile body and friction between the surface of the pile body and the soil layer are guaranteed; when high-pressure concrete slurry is injected into the pile head, the sub-shells expand, an expanded head is formed at the bottom of the pile body, and the continuously-introduced high-pressure concrete slurry is combined with the soil layer to form a cement stone body after overflowing so that underground slurry can be prevented from being mixed into the expanded head, and therefore the structural strength of the expanded head is guaranteed; and holes formed in the opening process of the pile head are filled with the injected concrete slurry in time, and no hole is formed in the bottom of the pile body, so that the compression resistance of the pile body is effectively guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种抗拔桩,属于桩基工程技术领域,包括桩体和桩头,桩头活动设置在桩体下部。桩体底部设有底板,底板下表面设有与桩头相匹配的凸台,单向注浆管贯穿底板、凸台,凸台的设置能够防止打桩过程中桩头偏移;桩头由若干子壳拼接而成,底部直径不大于桩体直径,避免桩体与土层之间形成间隙,保证桩体的垂直度以及桩体表面与土层间的摩擦力;向桩头内注入高压混凝土浆时,子壳胀开,在桩体底部形成扩大头,持续通入的高压混凝土浆溢出后与土层结合形成水泥结石体,能防止地下泥浆混入扩大头内部,从而保证扩大头的结构强度;桩头张开过程中形成的孔隙被注入的混凝土浆及时填充,不会在桩体底部形成孔隙,有效保证桩体的抗压性能。
