Uplift pile and uplift pile construction process
The invention provides an uplift pile and an uplift pile construction process, and relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction. The uplift pile comprises a pile body made of a curable material, and a reinforcement cage is installed in the pile body; the reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of main reinforcements extending in the length direction of the reinforcement cage, each main reinforcement is sleeved with a sleeve, and the sleeves are used for isolating the main reinforcements from the curable material of the pile body; and the reinforcement cage and the pile body each comprise a top end and a bottom end, an anchoring part is arranged at the bottom end of the reinforcement cage, one end of each main reinforcement penetrates through the corresponding sleeve and then is fixed to the anchoring part, and the anchoring part is fixed to the bottom end of the pile body. According to the uplift pile, the main reinforcements are isolated from the curable material of the pile body through the sleeves, the tensile force borne by the uplift pile can be mainly borne by the main reinforcements with high tensile resistance and excellent ductility, and therefore the situation that the curable material of the pile body cracks due to the borne tensile force is prevented; and therefore, the curable material can be prevented from cracking by additionally arranging the sleeves, the construction process is simple, and the cost is lower.
本发明提供一种抗拔桩及抗拔桩施工工艺,涉及桩基施工技术领域。该抗拔桩包括可固化材料制桩体,桩体中安装有钢筋笼;钢筋笼包括多个沿其长度方向延伸的主钢筋,每个主钢筋外均套接有套管,套管用于隔离主钢筋与桩体的可固化材料;钢筋笼和桩体均包括顶端和底端,钢筋笼的底端设置有锚固件,多个主钢筋的其中一端均穿过套管后固定在锚固件上,且锚固件固定于桩体的底端。本发明提供的抗拔桩通过套管将主钢筋与桩体的可固化材料隔离开,可以使得抗拔桩受到的拉力主要由抗拉力强且延展性优良的主钢筋来承担,从而防止桩体的可固化材料因承受拉力而开裂,因此本发明通过增加套管即可防止可固化材料开裂,不仅施工过程简单且成本更低。
