The invention relates to a construction method of a high-water-level sand bed rigid-flexible combined pile full-section waterproof curtain. The construction method comprises the steps that setting-outtreatment is conducted on a foundation pit, steel pipe directional piles are constructed, positioning steel frames are installed, waterproof curtain piles are constructed, H-shaped steel is insertedinto part of the waterproof curtain piles through the positioning steel frames, the positioning steel frames are removed, angle steel is arranged on the two sides of the exposed H-shaped steel to connect the H-shaped steel into a whole, the peripheral steel pipe directional piles are pulled out, the foundation pit is excavated, bottom sealing curtain pile construction is conducted at the bottom ofthe foundation pit, and inter-pile closed grouting construction is conducted. It is ensured that no water seepage phenomenon occurs at the bottom of the foundation pit, lateral and vertical supply ofunderground water is effectively blocked, and foundation pit drying operation is ensured; and the lateral strength of the waterproof curtain piles is improved through the H-shaped steel, foundation pit supporting safety is guaranteed, rapid and accurate elevation positioning of the H-shaped steel in the inserting and driving process is achieved through the positioning steel frames, and the overall rigidity of the H-shaped steel is improved through the angle steel.
本发明涉及一种高水位沙层刚柔组合桩全断面止水帷幕的施工方法,包括基坑进行放线处理、钢管定向桩施工、安装定位钢架、施工止水帷幕桩、利用定位钢架向部分止水帷幕桩内插入H型钢、移除定位钢架、在外露的H型钢两侧设置角钢将H型钢连接成整体、拔出四周钢管定向桩、基坑开挖、基坑底部进行封底帷幕桩施工、桩间封闭注浆施工等步骤。本发明确保基坑底部不发生渗水现象,有效阻隔地下水的侧向和垂向补给,保证基坑干燥作业;利用H型钢提高了止水帷幕桩侧向强度,保证了基坑支护安全,通过定位钢架实现H型钢在插打过程中快速精确标高定位,通过角钢提高了H型钢整体刚度。
