The high-pressure slurry jet grouting full-stirring double-shaft pile machine comprises a steel frame and a plurality of drilling units, and the plurality of drilling units are supported on the bottom face of the steel frame in a spaced adjustment mode; each drilling unit comprises a steel plate platform, a motor, a rotary spraying halter, a drill rod and a gear box, the steel plate platform is adjustably connected to a bottom beam of the steel frame, and the motor, the rotary spraying halter and the gear box are fixedly arranged on the steel plate platform; and the drill rods are hollowed rods, the drill rods and the rotary spraying halters are coaxially arranged, the tops of the drill rods are in power connection to the motors through the gear boxes, high-pressure gas circuits and grouting liquid circuits which independently communicate with the rotary spraying halters are arranged in the drill rods, and grouting openings and gas spraying openings are formed in the bottoms of the drill rods in the radial direction. The pile machine combines the advantages of a high-pressure jet grouting pile machine and a cement mixing pile machine, the problems of necking and different lengths of waterproof curtain piles caused by factors such as special soil texture or complex construction conditions are effectively solved, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low.
