According to the cleaning and unblocking equipment, the whole device can go deep into the sewage pipeline and move along the wall of the sewage pipeline, in the moving process, a drill bit is arranged at the foremost end of the equipment, dredging and unblocking are conducted on sludge accumulated in the pipeline in a rotating mode, and the sludge is collected after dredging and unblocking are conducted; and cleaning equipmentis further arranged on the equipment so that the wall of the pipeline can be rotationally cleaned in the moving process of the equipment.
