The invention discloses a pipeline unblocking machine. The pipeline unblocking machine comprises a reaming machine, a slurry pump and a slurry pool. The reaming machine comprises a motor, a reamer is connected with the front end of the motor, a metal shell covers the periphery of the motor, four to eight hydraulic mechanical arms capable of being opened to abut against the wall of a pipeline are evenly distributed and connected to the periphery of the metal shell, a slurry suction pipe and a water spraying head are correspondingly connected to the front end of the metal shell, and a vinyl nitrile rubber hose which can be connected with a ground related device is connected to the rear end of the metal shell; and a water supply pipe connected with the water spraying head, a slurry suction pipe and a cable for supplying power to the motor all penetrate through the vinyl nitrile rubber hose, the ground related device comprises the slurry pump connected with the slurry suction pipe and the slurry pool for containing slurry, and the water supply pipe is connected with a water storage tank through a water pump.
