The invention belongs to the field of steel structures for buildings, and particularly relates to an assembly structure for a prefabricated steel structure building. The assembly structure comprises abolt, square steel, a connecting piece, glue A, glue B, a glue discharging channel and a groove, wherein the square steel is matched with the connecting piece, bolt holes are formed in the surface ofthe square steel, and bolt connecting holes corresponding to the square steel are formed in the connecting piece; the glue A and the glue B are arranged on the side wall of the connecting piece, theglue discharging channel is formed at the lower ends of the glue A and the glue B, and a diaphragm is arranged at the lower ends of the glue A and the glue B; puncturing balls are arranged in the gluedischarging channel, and when the connecting piece vibrates, the puncturing balls move to puncture the diaphragm, and the glue A and the glue B flow into the glue discharging channel; the puncturingballs further seal the glue discharging channel in a balling mode; and the groove is formed inside the connecting piece. When the steel structure vibrates, the connecting piece vibrates, the puncturing balls puncture the diaphragm to mix the glue A and the glue B, and the glue A and the glue B flow out of the groove, so that the square steel is stably connected with the connecting piece, and a connecting point is not prone to damage.
